Welcome to Orlando Periodontics

As a specialist we work closely with your dental or medical health provider, although a referral is not required to visit our office. We also welcome word-of-mouth referrals.
Dr. Connor and his staff are committed to enhancing our patients overall health and quality of life by providing professional and optimal periodontal treatment. We strive to achieve this high standardby incorporating the latest technologies and procedures in a communicative, comfortable and friendly environment.
Meeting You
We look forward to meeting you for the first time. For most, the first visit to our office is for a consultation. We begin with a review of your health history and a review of your X-rays or radiographs. Please be sure to bring all pertinent medical information with you including what medications you are currently taking.
Dr. Connor will perform a thorough examination and will explain all findings. If your condition indicates the need for treatment, we will explain to you the methods and course of treatment that will be used. In addition, a full report and a copy of the X-rays will be sent to your dentist.
We welcome your questions, as they are important to us.
Financial Policy
We are committed to the highest quality of patient care we can provide. One of the challenging aspects of periodontal care is to provide every patient with customized treatment. We take the same time and care to customize financial arrangements for our patients. An estimate of your periodontal therapy's cost will be presented to you.
Forms of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, as well as cash and checks as forms of payment.
Insurance
We are contracted with several major insurance carriers. Our financial coordinator is in contact with many different insurance companies who offer a variety of different types of dental and medical plans. We do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate of the costs of your treatment based on information available to us. At times, it is nearly impossible to accurately estimate your insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not provide benefit information until after the treatment is completed. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
Please remember that insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your carrier, and you are ultimately responsible for the payment of your account if your insurance does not provide a benefit or fails to cover the treatment.
